This exceptional wine is a harmonious blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, and 20% Malbec, sourced from the renowned Colchagua region. With a total production of 12,529 bottles, the vineyard, located at an elevation of 135 meters in the North, utilizes the Spur pruning technique and maintains a density ranging from 2,666 to 4,167 plants per hectare.
Harvested on April 5th, the grapes thrive in granitic soil, contributing to the wine’s distinct character. The vinification and fermentation process involve cofermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks, followed by a graceful maturation period of 8 months in the same tanks.
The inaugural harvest and label trace back to 2016, underscoring the wine’s commitment to quality and tradition. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this ruby-colored gem enchants the senses with pleasing red fruit and spicy aromas. The palate experiences a smooth, juicy texture, accompanied by medium structure and body. The well-rounded tannins achieve a delightful balance with the wine’s acidity.
